Yankee Doodle

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz blue curacao
1/2 oz sweet & sour mix
Dash of grenadine

Preparation
Pour all ingredients except grenadinein an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a glass. Add grenadine and allow it to sink to the bottom.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
