Four Leaf Cocktail

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz green crème de menthe
1 oz half and half
Mint sprigs for garnish

Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Stir mixture, garnish with mint sprigs and have a happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
