Glass O' Gold Recipe

Ingredients
2 oz Irish whiskey
1 1/2 oz sour apple liqueur
5 oz ginger ale
Lemon wedge for garnish

Preparation
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
