Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • 2 dashes curaҫao
  • 1 dash maraschino liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 piece fresh orange peel
  • olives to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour liquid ingredients over ice and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Flame a piece of orange peel and squeeze oil over the cocktail. Rim the glass with orange peel and discard. Garnish with olives.

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
