North Coast Brewery opened in 1988, one of the pioneers in the momentum of craft beer culture. Located in the historic town of Fort Bragg in California’s Mendocino Coast, they have won 70 awards in national and international competitions.
Upon tasting this beer, it was pure satisfaction. With all the rave of IPAs, I wanted to touch on a beer that was crisp and clean. Being brewed in the finest European tradition with Munich malt, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops, it was just that. ABV: 4.7% and IBU: 22

Smoked Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
