Seresin Leah Pinot Noir

Seresin Pinot Noir is a wine I recently had the pleasure of enjoying. I overheard our wine guys talking to one of our guests about it and I also picked up a bottle. I think what piqued my curiosity was their talk of the region in New Zealand where it comes from. Marlborough, located at the top of the South Island is well known for its Sauvignon Blanc, and they also produce exquisite Riesling and Chardonnay.
I was excited to try a Pinot Noir from the region and was not disappointed. It had bold notes of leafy fruit with a beautiful balance of spice and oak, which greets the palate with a smooth, slightly tart finish. This is definitely a wine you should have in your collection!
