Our family has always enjoyed fine bold bloody marys. We always made them by the pitcher using an old family recipe handed down from janey’s mother mama q. When we ordered a bloody mary at a bar nightclub or restaurant they were never consistent. We found that some are nothing more than a tomato based juice. Some are too salty some are too spicy some have a vinegary taste and yet some are very good. However the lack of consistency is the key.
