Citrus Sparkler Recipe

Ingredients

4 oz sparkling wine
1 sugar cube
Dash of bitters
Lemon twist for garnish

Preparation

Place the sugar cube in a flute and lightly sprinkle with bitters. Fill glass with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
