  1. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz vodka, 1 oz amaretto and 2 oz cosmopolitan mixer.
  2. Shake and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
