Twice a year, day and night are about the same amount of time and today’s Autumn Equinox is one of them. Celebrate splitting the difference by combining these delicious fall cocktails with good friends. You’ll see the difference is like night and day with the help of Spec’s spirited selection!

White Knight
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz half & half cream
1 oz peach liqueur
1 oz pineapple juice
Pineapple wheel for garnish

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wheel.

Sunset Honey
2 oz white rum
1 tsp half & half cream
1 tsp honey

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and enjoy!

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
