Classic Whiskey Sour

1 ½ oz bourbon whiskey
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Dash of egg white (optional)
Maraschino cherry & lemon wedge for garnish

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a cherry and lemon wedge.
