Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Bols Genever
1/2 cup Cointreau
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Simple syrup
1 cup Perelada Stars Brut Cava
8 dashes Angostura bitters
1 cup Club soda
Star anise
Pineapple slice
Nutmeg
Directions:
Fill a punch bowl with 2 cups of ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into the bowl and stir. Garnish with star anise, pineapple slices and grated nutmeg.
