Irish Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 6 oz quality ginger ale
  • Large wedge of lime

Preparation

  1. Fill a high ball glass with ice, and pour in 2 oz whiskey.
  2. Top up with ginger ale, and stir briefly to mix. Squeeze a large wedge of lime over cocktail and drop into the glass.

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
