How do I order?

It’s easy! Just call (888)993-3237 or stop by the catering department a few days in advance so we can discuss your unique needs.

Do you deliver?

Yes! Just let us know the date, time and location to deliver your order. Payment is due at the time you place your order and the delivery fee varies by location.

Can I order alcohol and have it delivered?

Absolutely! An adult over the age of 21 must be present to accept the delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due at the time you place your order. Please note, prices listed on the menu include 5% savings for cash, check or debit.

How much advance notice do I need to give for a catering order?

We require 24 hours notice for phone and store orders. If you’re placing an order through our online Contact Us form, please allow 48 hours. We want to make sure that each order gets the time and attention it deserves.

What is your cancellation policy?

Same day cancellation will result in full charge of order. Cancellation within 24 hours of pick up will result in a 50% charge.

How many people will a menu item serve?

Suggested serving sizes are listed on the menu under each item, but if you have any questions, we are more than happy to help.

Are serving instructions included with each tray?

Yes, all of our party trays come with reheating instructions.

Will serving utensils come with my order?

All platters come with serving utensils.

Do plates, napkins and utensils come with my order?

We certainly can add these items to your order. Each set of 10 is $15; just let us know how many sets you need. Because the last thing you need to worry about is all the small details!

Of course! Our experts can recommend pairings and help you put together a menu that will meet your unique needs.

Do your foods contain allergens?

Be advised that our food is made in a facility that uses nuts. Also, consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
