Lemonberry Breeze

Ingredients
1 oz gin
3/4 oz light agave nectar
3/4 oz lemon juice
10 blueberries
Splash of sparkling wine
Lemon peel for garnish

Preparation
Muddle the blueberries and agave in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Add the gin and lemon juice and shake well to blend. Strain into your martini glass, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel!

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
