Pink & Gold

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
1 cup diced watermelon
2 tbsp lime juice
1/3 cups ginger ale
Lime wedge for garnish

Preparation
Purée 1 cup of the watermelon. Strain through a sieveinto an ice-filled glass. Add gin, lime juice and ginger ale. Stir well and garnish a lime wedge.
