Rockets Red Glare

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin
1 orange section, peeled
1 oz sweet cherry juice
1 1/2 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
Splash of sparkling wine
Orange twist for garnish

Preparation
Muddle orange section in acocktail shaker, then add gin, cherry juice, simple syrup, bitters and ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with orange twist.
