Pot of Gold

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
3/4 oz orange liqueur
3/4 oz Bénédictine
3/4 oz lemon juice
Lime and lemon peel for garnish

Preparation
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain over ice into glass. Twist pieces of lemon and lime peels over the top and drop into the drink.

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
