Prickly Pear Rita

Ingredients
3 oz tequila
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz prickly pear syrup

Preparation
Combine tequila, liqueur, lime juice and syrup in acocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into an ice-filled glass and enjoy!

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
