The Phantom

Ingredients
2 oz white rum
1 oz absinthe
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
Black, red and blue food coloring

Preparation
Mix sugar and food coloring until it has a thick, runny consistency. Pour onto a plate and dip the rim of a martini glass into it. Add remaining ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into your glass and enjoy!
