1 cup Limoncello Liqueur
1 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemons
1 cup Sugar and 1 cup Boiling Water
Create simple syrup by adding 1 cup sugar to 1 cup boiling water. Squeeze lemons to make 1 cup lemon juice. Add simple syrup, lemon juice, and 1 cup limoncello to mixing carafe. Pour into molds. Add mint leave to each mold. Freeze overnight. Enjoy!
