Kiwi Cooler

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz silver tequila
10 mint leaves
1 kiwi, peeled & quartered
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 in. vanilla bean, split
1 oz club soda

Preparation
Muddle mint, kiwi, sugar and vanilla in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and tequila and shake well. Pour into a glass, top with club soda and stir.

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
