Cucumber Calling

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 drop green hot sauce
1 cilantro sprig
4 cucumber slices

Preparation
Muddle 3 cucumber slices with lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka, hot sauce and ice, and shake well to blend. Strain into a glass and garnish with cilantro and cucumber.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
