Ghostly Cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz vodka
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz cream
2 oz soda
Splash of vanilla

Preparation
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
