Mint Julep

Ingredients
2 1/2 oz bourbon
2 tsp water
1 tsp powdered sugar
3 mint sprigs
Mint sprig for garnish

Preparation
Muddle mint, sugar and water in a glass and fill it with ice. Add bourbon and garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
