Preparation
Pour sparkling wine into your glass and top with orange juice and pineapple juice. Add strawberries for garnish.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
