  1. Combine merlot, raspberry liqueur and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
