Unpeated islay single malt whisky crafted from 100% organic scottish barley. Barley for our organic whisky has been grown selectively from mid coul farms a remote scottish farm estate near inverness that has been run by the rose family since 1912. Working in harmony with nature our barley-growing takes its turn in a seven-year cycle; a slow and unreliable process but allowing the soil to be nourished sustainably. This limited edition 2010 vintage is the only organic islay single malt whisky. Matured in american oak casks from ex-bourbon whiskies and bottled 100% on islay.
