Produced in small batches our first bottling was only 400 cases. Color:dark tanned leather. Nose:molasses black pepper charred oak and walnut. Palate:smoked oak toasted mocha and hints of dark chocolate. Finish:smooth with notes of smoked oak and hints of vanilla. 94 points – ultimate spirits challenge.
