Description

”vineyards from 7 to 20 year old vines planted in calcareous limestone soils in northwestern spain. Planting density ranges from 800 to 1200 vines per acre. Vinification processed immediately after harvest to ensure optimum freshness. After cooling and settling at 50°f to obtain a clear must the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 62°f filtered and bottled young. Tasting notes offers aromas of stone fruit with hints of almonds and citrus rind. Crisp and fresh on the palate with a touch of glycerin and a long clean finish. Serve with light and enjoyable on its own it also an ideal pairing for a wide range of fish and shellfish.” – bodegas gallegas
