Appearance: Intense ruby with hues of violet and crimson. Bouquet: The Banrock Station Cabernet Sauvignon displays a fresh bouquet of cassis ripe blackberry and blueberry followed by hints of dark chocolate and black pepper. Palate: A fruit-driven red wine with flavours of sweet blackberry ripe black plum and cassis. This soft medium-bodied wine has nuances of toasty oak complementing the bright fruit characters. The well structured palate has velvet tannins balanced acidity and finishes with dark berry fruits.- Banrock Station
