100% gamay harvested by hand and fermented with an 18 day maceration in open vats aged 12 months in tank red-violet color with well-formed legs; dry medium-bodied with freshly balanced acidity and medium phenolics. Rich ripe supple fresh. Elegant red fruit and spice. Again there is a burgundian texture but the fruit flavor is the red fruit of gamay and the terroir is different. Lovely. Delicious. Bearscore: 93.
