Low temperature fermentation with native yeasts. Gradual fermentation stop with cold and ageing about fine erases for 2 months. Tasting notes: color: medium intensity yellow with lemon dyes. Aroma: fragrant nose with ripe fruit aromas like pear peach apricot citrus like orange peel and touches of roses and azahar.
