Bright and transparent straw yellow color. Nose: fresh aroma peaches papaya and a hint of citrus. On mouth is light and of tropical fruit citrus and peach. Mouth: fresh to the palate with a nice fruity feeling. Aged 18 mo. In french oak barrels. Light and simple wine on nose tropical fruits fresh slightly acidic with a fruity midpalate and short finish very mild body. Mineral with lovely granny smith and plenty of length and middle. Great beginning and end. Good option for casual solo drinking. Pairs well with lobster flavorful fish like sea bass shrimp; white meats like chicken turkey pork; basil butter cream garlic saffron; avocado spinich squash. (monte xanic winery)
