Chateau Julien Merlot

The vineyard harvested from vineyards in south monterey county where the warm days and cool evenings in the maritime corridor produce fruit forward merlots with structure and balance. The wine clear ruby color. A pretty varietal nose of red cherries and berries wuth leather and spice notes adding complexity. Spiced berry and cherry follows through the end. Aromatics vibrant plum ripe cherry and hints of raspberry. Flavors traditional leather and spice complemented by smooth silky tannins.
