A blend of 50% pinot noir 35% chardonnay and 15% pinot meunier with different plots are vinified separately. No malolactic fermentation. The cuvee is comprised of lots from nine different vintages. Aged 30 months on the yeast followed by 6 months cellaring after disgorgement. Yellow-straw color and fully sparkling; dry medium-bodied with fresh acidity and scant phenolics. Supple fresh but richer style champagne with some nice development. Richer and rounder in the mouth but finishes fresh. Offers citrus and tree fruit and yeast with integrated mineral earth. Very easy to like. Bearscore: 91+.
