Terroir: the 13 hectares of vines grouped in ratanaud at the top of the hill which shares the valley of the d’aygues and the ouveze. The old vines planted in the brown marls covered with pebbles enjoy the summer of cooler nights due to the altitude (+ de 360m). The optimum sunlight from sunrise to sunset allows regular berries to mature. From these typicites are born the great wines pdo rasteau notre dame des palliates wine: the old cup vines are harvested manually at full maturity. Egrenage and setting in vats with a long maceration (+ 30 days) with temperature control shedding and reassembly the tank has elapsed and the press of the marcs takes place we keep apart these press wines which will be assembled with the drop in the spring. Ageing in concrete vats for 60% the remainder in french oak barrels (3 and 4 wines); these two cuvees will be assembled before bottling.
