Winemaking Composition: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were hand picked and cellared to cool to fix the aromatic compounds responsible for color. Tasting Notes: The nose is dominated by red fruit and spices grown near the vineyard like thyme and jarilla. The palate has very good structure with ripe tannins surrounding an unctuous profile with deep flavors and nice acidity.
