The reserve chardonnay is a blend of fruit sourced from the finest vineyards in napa valley & carneros – the gateway to the wine country. The los carneros ava region has ideal growing conditions for cool climate chardonnay. A longer growing season allows the grapes to mature slowly developing a refined complexity with depth & concentration. Blending of the fruit creates layers of distinctive flavors of ripe pears & melons rarely found in chardonnay. The grapes are cold soaked in stainless steel to extract all the flavors & fermented in 100% french oak barrels to provide the perfect balance of fruit with a creamy vanilla finish! – roberts + rogers
