Colour: ruby-red with violet tints fragrance: violet taste: dry suggested dishes: pasta white and red meat. Ruby-red wine with winey fragrance reminding violets. It is made with a delicate maceration at a constant temperature of 24 in steel tanks. The main characteristics od this wines (del monte dei pini and del re vineyards) is their livelyness and freshness; they are excelent for the whole meal fresh and fruity. To maintain the freshnes and delicacy of fruits we fermentate this wine at low temperatures. – trere
