Vineyard Description: Alluvial soil and drip irrigation. Climate: Ddy and continental with great sun exposure allowing perfect ripening. Harvest detail: Harvested the first week of April. Hand picked in small cases. Process Vinification: Grapes were destemmed and crushed. 100% cold maceration 48hs before fermentation and delestages. 16 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-29ºC. 4 days of maceration after fermentation. Natural malolactic fermentation. Ageing process: 8 months in French oak barrels 6 months in stainless steel tanks after the assemblage. Bottling aging for 5 months. Description Colour: Vivid red with cheerful violet tints. Aroma: Intense and fruity. Cherries raspberries and plum marmalade with subtle spice notes.
