Pineapple Mezcal Sour Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Rayu Mezcal
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 tbsp agave syrup
• 1 oz lime juice
• Angostura Bitters
• Edible flower for garnish

Directions:

1. In a cocktail shaker combine ice, mezcal, pineapple juice, agave syrup, lime juice, and egg white. Shake until foamy.
2. Strain into glass and add 3 drops of aromatic bitters.
