Father’s Day Mint Julep

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Balcones Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz simple syrup
Fresh mint
Directions:
Add fresh mint to your glass, pour the simple syrup and muddle together. Pour the bourbon and top with crushed ice. Garnish with mint and enjoy!

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
