The cuvee base of this wine is 33% Chardonnay/33% Pinot Noir/33% Meunier and is sourced from 40 Crus from the Cote des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and a blend of 7% still wine from Bouzy for color. It was aged for 4 years of the lees and given a dosage of 8 grams per liter of residual sugar (.8%). The wine has a pale orange color and shows a medium body with fresh acidity. The wine is a drier more focused Ros with spice and mineral earth while giving an underlying red fruit essence. Its tasty and perceived as drier than its dosage would indicate. BearScore: 92+
