Ingredients:
750 ml rosé wine, chilled,
1/2 cup sugar
3 oz lemon juice
8 oz strawberries

Directions:

Pour rosé, strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender and puree. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until thick and slushy, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pour into glasses, garnish with strawberries and enjoy!

1 oz Ginger beer

Ingredients:
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Agave Syrup
2 Strawberries
6-8 Blackberries
Topo Chico
Sprig of Mint for Garnish

Directions:

Add strawberry & syrup to glass & lightly muddle.
Add Tequila.
Fill glass half way with crushed ice & lightly churn.
Add layer of blackberries.
Pack the rest of the glass of crushed ice.
Top with Topo Chico.

Ingredients:
1 bottle dry white wine
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup apple juice or white grape juice
1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 bottle champagne
3-4 Granny Smith apples
Ice

Directions:

Stir together white wine, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries & apple juice together in large pitcher.

Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients:
1/4 fresh pineapple
8 ounces blanco tequila
4 ounces Triple Sec or Cointreau
2 ounces fresh lime juice
Spicy Salt

Directions:

  1. Rim glass with Spicy Salt! Run a cut lime around the rims of 4 glasses then run the wet rims through the salt.
  2. Cut the ends off the pineapple and cut in half lengthwise then again so you have 4 long strips. Cut the peel off one of the strips & then cut into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Place 4 pineapple slices into a cocktail shaker or mason jar and top with the tequila and Cointreau (or Triple Sec).
  4. Muddle for one minute, or until the pineapple looks pulpy.
  5. Add the lime juice and some ice to the shaker, stir to cool.
    Strain into the salt-rimmed glasses and garnish with lime slices and pineapple wedges.

3 cups mixed summer berries
2 cups club soda

12 ounces light rum
