On the nose it has a lovely fruity aroma with hints of apple and citrus while on the palate it is fresh with a long lasting aftertaste that makes it highly enjoyable. It is great as an aperitif but also paired with various dishes especially with fish or fried foods where it exalts them perfectly. We also think it is great paired with something quick and simple to eat like for example mozzarella or various cicchetti.
