Teeling Irish Whiskey • Single Pot Still

This small batch bottling consists of hand selected casks which are given further maturation in ex-rum barrels imparting extra character and smooth flavor unique to Irish whiskey. Bottling at 46% with no chill filtration completes an Irish whiskey of true character. Teeling is our attempt to create the most interesting blended Irish whiskey. The nose emits notes of hibiscus flowers honeycomb white grape flesh grapefruit & citrus. The palate has hints of lychee more white grape notes along with white pepper warm roasted peaches and baked biscuits. This is all wrapped up with a dry finish with hints of spice roasted almonds and maple sugar lingering in the mouth.
