$732.39 Each
Almost 100 years after the creation of Cristal Jean-Claude Rouzaud decided to create the Cristal Rose cuvee. To achieve this he selected old-vine Pinot noir grapes from the most successful plants in the finest grand cru vineyards of Ay. Light delicate soft pink hue. A bouquet of tart red fruit and lemon scented flower petals intertwine with fresh almonds bread and spices. Intense velvety and captivating on the palate. The red fruit gradually pulls towards a raspberry liqueur character complemented by sweet citrus aromas. The harmony and delicacy of the wine is reinforced by the creamy bubbles which create pleasant roundness and concentration. The mineral freshness lengthens the palate; it becomes vertical chalky and slightly saline with a hint of limestone. 99 Points Vinous 99 Points The Wine Advocate 98 Points James Suckling 98 Points Wine & Spirits 98 Points Jeb Dunnuck 97 Points Wine Enthusiast 97 Points Wine Spectator.
