Nigoro type spk6 sake – well balanced. Pleasant sweetness gets better with each sip almost developing a lime soda – similar to under ripe honeydew melon and lime slightly and acidity. Refreshing taster. Suehiro brewery. Like character. Very nice and refreshing! – collin w. Clear color and developes a firm mousse on the service thats visually very appealing. Light tropical notes on the nose sweet undertone reminds me of eating sorbet or cotton candy.
