This XO is a blend of very old eaux-de-vie to give this Cognac its round full body and typical rancio. 40% ABV Tasting Notes A golden amber colour resulting from the absorption of the tannins of the oak ageing barrels. Floral aromas with hints of toast and cinnamon. The XO Gold & Blue is a subtle round and harmonious Cognac.
